SENSÉ Final Order Gift — Competition Terms

At a glance

Place an eligible SENSÉ order between 30 July 2026 at 18:30 CEST and 31 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Then email an answer of no more than 75 words to info@thesenseatelier.com by 2 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST. The best response will be selected by the SENSÉ team. This is a judged competition, not a random draw.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who reside in a country to which SENSÉ ships and who are legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence. Employees and direct contractors of SENSÉ may not participate.

3. Qualifying order period

The competition applies only to orders placed and paid for between 30 July 2026 at 18:30 CEST and 31 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Orders placed outside this period do not qualify.

4. How to enter

After placing a qualifying order, the participant must:

1. Email info@thesenseatelier.com from the same email address used for the order.
2. Use the subject line: SENSÉ FINAL ORDER GIFT — ORDER #[ORDER NUMBER].
3. Answer in no more than 75 words: “What would wearing your sensor as jewellery mean to you?”
4. Send the email no later than 2 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Multiple orders or emails do not improve a participant’s position.

5. Judging

This is a skill-based, judged competition and not a random draw. At least two members of the SENSÉ team will assess valid entries using the following criteria:

• Authenticity — 40%
• Connection to the SENSÉ mission — 40%
• Originality — 20%

The entry with the highest overall assessment will be selected. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score for connection to the SENSÉ mission will rank first. The jury’s decision is final, except in the case of a clear administrative error.

6. The gift

The selected participant will receive a refund of the amount actually paid for one SENSÉ Bracelet in the qualifying order. Shipping charges, duties, taxes and additional products are excluded. If a discount was used, the refund is limited to the discounted price actually paid for one bracelet. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Returns, cancellations and final eligibility

Final eligibility is assessed only after the qualifying order has been delivered and its full applicable return period has ended. No provisional winner will be selected or contacted before that time.

If the order linked to an entry is cancelled, refused, charged back or returned, the entry is automatically and permanently withdrawn. Ordering during the promotion and returning the bracelet later can therefore never result in a valid winning entry.

These competition terms do not limit or change any statutory cancellation, return, refund, warranty or consumer rights.

8. Use of anonymised entries

By submitting an entry, the participant agrees that SENSÉ may use an irreversibly anonymised version or excerpt of the submitted story for its website, email communications, organic social media, paid advertising and other SENSÉ brand communications.

SENSÉ may shorten, translate and lightly edit the story for clarity without materially changing its meaning. Before publication, SENSÉ will remove or generalise the participant’s name, email address, order number, location and any other information that could reasonably identify the participant. The original entry will not be published.

The participant grants SENSÉ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use the anonymised version for these purposes. Participants should not include names, addresses, workplaces or other unnecessary identifying details in their entry.

9. Notification

The selected participant will be contacted by email within 30 days after the final eligibility review has been completed. If the selected participant cannot be contacted within 14 days, provided incorrect information or is later found to be ineligible, SENSÉ may select the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

10. Personal data

Personal data and original entries will be used to administer and judge the competition, verify eligibility, contact the selected participant and create the anonymised version described above. SENSÉ will not publish a participant’s name, email address, order number or other identifying information.

11. Fair participation

SENSÉ may exclude entries involving fraud, impersonation, duplicate participation, manipulated order information or other abuse. If circumstances outside SENSÉ’s reasonable control materially affect the competition, SENSÉ may make necessary changes while preserving fairness and participants’ statutory rights.
