WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? +
SENSÉ is currently in production. When you place a pre-order, you reserve your bracelet at the pre-order price and receive it once production is complete. After ordering, you will receive updates throughout the entire process, including development progress, production images, and updated delivery timelines. You are not just buying a product. You are one of the first to own it.
WHEN WILL IT SHIP? +
The pre-order is expected to ship in Fall 2026. We will keep you informed throughout production. If anything changes, you will hear from us directly.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER? +

WILL IT FIT MY SENSOR? +
SENSÉ features a protected, proprietary shell mechanism designed to fit multiple CGM sensors. Currently compatible with Libre 2, Libre 3, Dexcom G7, ONE+, and Simplera. We are actively expanding compatibility. If your sensor is not listed, email us at info@thesenseatelier.com and we will let you know if support is planned.
HOW DOES IT ATTACH? +
The bracelet features a built-in shell that sits over your sensor as a protective chamber. The shell rests on the skin surrounding your sensor, not on the sensor itself. There is no downward pressure on the sensor surface. The open cuff design holds everything securely in place through daily wear.
DOES IT AFFECT MY SENSOR'S READINGS? +
No. SENSÉ does not apply pressure to the sensor surface and does not interfere with NFC or Bluetooth connectivity. Your sensor continues to function exactly as it should.
WILL IT FIT MY ARM? +
SENSÉ is designed as an open cuff that fits the majority of arm sizes comfortably. If you are unsure about the fit, reach out to us at info@thesenseatelier.com and we will help you find out.
CAN I WEAR IT EVERY DAY? +
Yes. SENSÉ is built for all-day, every-day wear. It is designed to stay in place during all daily activities. The bracelet is water-resistant, but we recommend removing it before showering to preserve the finish of the gold plating over time.
IS IT SKIN SAFE? +
SENSÉ is crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel with an 18k gold-plated finish. This is the same grade of steel used in medical implants. Hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
IS SENSÉ A MEDICAL DEVICE? +
No. SENSÉ is a jewellery accessory designed to sit over your existing CGM sensor. It does not replace, alter, or interfere with the performance of your sensor. Always follow your sensor manufacturer's guidelines.
CAN I RETURN IT AFTER DELIVERY? +
Yes. If your bracelet arrives and it is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The bracelet must be unworn and in its original packaging.
